VFW Accredited Service Officers help veterans file and appeal VA claims for free — no charge, ever. In fiscal year 2025 alone, VFW-represented veterans recouped $16.2 billion in compensation and pension.

Grants of up to $2,500 — not a loan, no repayment required — for active-duty, Guard and Reserve members and their families facing military-related financial hardship. The VFW pays creditors directly.
